Rental reservations are to be paid in full at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover through Pay Pal. Please note that all payments are processed immediately.
If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date you will be refunded your payment less the $25 booking fee. If you must cancel within 30 days of arrival, your reservation payment will be forfeited unless we are able to re-book the rental again, for the same number of nights you are reserved. Please note that this also applies to no shows and early departures.
Due to an increasing number of people with allergies we do have to adhere to a strict NO PETS policy for rental units.
Our units are completely SMOKE FREE except for outdoor camp fires, of course. 🙂
All Reservations are subject to management and property owner approval. Online rates are subject to change without notice. ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE CALL YOU AND CONFIRM WITHIN 48 HOURS. Should there be ANY issues with the reservation, you will be contacted within 48 hours.
Our units are inspected before and after each reservation. Guests agree to pay for any flagrant damage to the units, excessive cleaning required at check-out, missing or damage to the units’ content, or any other accidental damage to anything beyond reasonable wear and tear within the rental unit during the rental period. If any damages are above this then the Renter authorizes any said damage or missing items charged to their payment identified and the deposit is forfeited.
